9:32:28 AM Commissioner Murdock Based on that information that we have received, I move that we waive the requirement of a flood hazard evaluation.

9:32:51 AM Commissioner White I would move the approval and the determination that we have to make as a County Commissions pertains to the Growth Policy and the Subdivision & Platting Act and our Subdivision Regulations and based upon the testimony that I've heard and the content of the engineering report, I believe that it complies with the Chapter 5 of the intent of our Gallatin County Growth Policy and regarding the Montana Subdivision & Platting Act 76-3-608, I believe that it meets the requirements of that section of statute and I also believe that it complies with the Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations and for those reasons, I move that we approve this application with the conditions that are listed in the staff report and excluding, striking out (Condition) #15A and #15B from the requirements of approval.

Stated changes to the staff report to read as follows: Circulation Objectives, Item C: add the word schools, and Circulation Objectives Item D: delete the word primary and for Circulation Task, Item D: adding and north along Dry Creek Road for installation of bike and pedestrian trails and to Condition #35: delete the word County, to read Gallatin Airport Authority, not Gallatin County Airport Authority.
